General Boarding Information

The Barn at Black Horse Stable
 


Full board (no pasture board available) includes:

  • Roomy box stalls
  • Daily group turnout - four large pastures
  • Quality Hay and Grain
  • Large indoor arena with Perma-flex footing and a huge outdoor arena
  • Group and private lesson program; two on-staff trainers
  • Current board rate: $450 per month

Horse Care


The following refers to the care that you may expect your horse to receive under your Board Agreement:

  • Weather permitting, horses are turned out at approximately 7:00AM. Timothy hay is provided in the pastures during the winter months. Horses are brought in at approximately 1:00PM.
  • Stalls are mucked out and bedding refreshed.
  • Water buckets are filled on a regular basis and as needed.
  • Grain is provided once or twice a day as per your instructions. Black Horse provides custom-blended Challenger Feed. Ingredients and analysis are available upon request.
  • Hay is provided as needed both indoors and outdoors.
  • Storage space provided for a reasonable amount of equipment per horse.
  • Trailer parking available upon request.
